Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

For items valued at £100 or more, please contact us to initiate a return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

For items valued at under £100, we may offer one of the following options:

  • A partial refund without requiring you to return the item
  • Store credit plus a discount code for future purchases
  • A full refund with return shipping (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)

Return Shipping Costs

Due to international shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Please note that international return shipping can be expensive and may exceed the value of lower-priced items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Any customs duties or import taxes paid are typically non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
